The Kaiser Catamount Pride Band & Color Guard became a performing organization when the school was opened in 1999. Since that most auspicious occasion, the Catamount Pride has established itself as a quality organization winning band reviews and field tournaments all over Southern California. Their concert and jazz ensembles consistently achieve superior ratings at SCSBOA and national festivals. They have participated in the Tournament of Roses Parade in 2019 and the Hollywood Christmas Parade on numerous occasions and have been invited to many nationally acclaimed field tournaments and parades. They also have the distinction of performing at every grand opening in the city since 1999. The Catamount Pride will continue its civic duty as it continues to reach for new levels of musical and performance excellence.
